Returning Products:
Unused & Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, unopened condition.
On Order Product : Non Returnable
7-Day Window: You have 7 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.
Refunds:
Quick Processing: Once your return arrives and is inspected, you’ll receive an email notification (approval or rejection) within a short timeframe.
Refunds Issued Quickly: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items (printing mistakes only). Contact us at info@kotanotes.in with proof of the issue (photo/description) for a replacement.
